At Modus, we build with two complementary modular methodologies: flat-pack systems and volumetric modular units. Our flat-packs use panel-based cold-rolled steel with moment frame technology, while our volumetric modules are constructed with preformed light-gauge steel walls, both insulated with premium mineral wool.

This flexible, product-agnostic approach allows us to tailor each solution to the mission at hand: whether temporary or permanent.
